Step 2: Ensure the Enable and Advanced Configuration options are enabled and modify any settings if needed. The settings are as follows:

Schedule: To set a schedule, select a day and a period, then use the time range provided to set the schedule. Tap the checkmark and tap Save to apply the schedule to your device.

Anti-dither: This feature helps prevent false alarms and unnecessary event triggers. It works by setting a minimum time interval between two consecutive events. This means that if an event is triggered, the camera will ignore any subsequent events within the specified anti-dither time period. This helps to reduce the number of false alarms caused by minor disturbances or fluctuations in the environment.

Sensitivity: The sensitivity controls how easily the camera's motion detection feature is triggered. 100 is the most sensitive 1 is the least, 60 is a recommended value to help reduce false alarms.

Region Setting: Used to modify the detection area. This will be full screen by default, however can be modified using the available options.

Record: Enable or disable motion detection recordings from being retained on a microSD or hard drive.

Delay: A setting that determines how long the camera will continue recording after a motion detection event has ended. This feature is useful for ensuring that you capture the entire incident, even if the motion stops briefly.

Alarm Output: Enable or disable the ability to trigger an external alarm if configured to the camera.

Snapshot: Enable to disable the ability to send a snapshot of the motion event in an email alert notification.

Email Alerts: Enable or disable the ability to send Email notifications can be set in this menu by enabling Email Alerts. For more information on how to setup email alerts, click here.
