How To Setup a Recording Schedule Using The Amcrest View Pro 2 App

The recording schedule option allows the user to set a continuous, motion, or alarm schedule for a selected device. By default, a motion detection and alarm schedule will be enabled by default, however, each record type can be modified using this option. For more information on how to setup recording schedules, please refer to the information provided below. 

Step 1: Open the Amcrest View Pro 2 app and select your device, tap on the settings (gear wheel), access the Configuration Center and select Recording Schedule. Tap the edit icon to adjust or create a schedule.

Step 2: Select a recording period and set a start and end time for the record type. Click OK

Step 3: Use the Copy option to apply the schedule to multiple days or a whole week. Tap Save.

Step 4: Use the back arrow to exit the interface.
