How To Perform A Factory Reset (IP12M-F2380EW-AI)

Performing a factory reset on your camera will revert the camera back to its original factory default settings. To perform a physical factory reset, make sure the device is powered on and follow the instructions provided below.

Note: The included wrench will be required to remove the screws on the bottom of the camera.

Step 1: Use the included wrench to remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the camera. 

Step 2: Locate the reset button on the PCB. Press and hold the reset button for 30-45 seconds and allow the camera to reset. 

Once the reset is complete place the top of the camera back and align the holes. Use the included wrench to secure the 3 screws back onto the camera and secure it shut. The camera has now been factory reset and reverted to its original factory settings. This includes usernames, passwords, and other settings. The default username and password will always be admin.
