How To Adjust Tour Setting Duration

The tour duration in the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software is referenced in seconds. The preset duration for tours can be adjusted in its tour list interface. For more information on how to adjust tour setting duration please refer to the information below. 

Note: The device must have a preset tour set before a duration can be adjusted. For more information on how to set a tour in the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software, click here.

Step 1: Access the live view interface for the selected devices. 

Step 2: Select the PTZ drop down menu and select the Tour option. 

Step 3: Click on the Edit option.

Step 4: In the Time (seconds) section, double click in the interface to adjust the time accordingly. For instance, if you want the tour to activate every 5 minutes, adjust the time to 300 seconds. 

Note: Repeat the process for each preset set in the software. To add a preset, click the "+" icon and double click the Time (seconds) field to adjust the duration.

Step 5: Click OK to save the tour settings to your device.
