If you need to change or modify the password for your GPS account you can do it in either the Amcrest GPS Pro portal on a laptop/computer or via the Amcrest GPS Pro app. For more information on how to perform a password reset on your GPS account, refer to the following information provided below.
GPS Pro Portal
Step 1: On your laptop or PC go to https://amcrestgps.net/#/ to access your GPS account.
Step 2: Log into your account with your current username and password.
Step 3: Navigate and click on the assets selection menu ( ). Click on the Change Password option.
Step 4: Enter the current (old) password for your GPS account, then enter a new password into the New Password field. When complete, enter in the password again into the Confirm Password field to confirm your new password and press Save.
The password for your GPS account has now been updated via the GPS portal.
Change Password Using The Amcrest GPS Pro App
Step 1: Log into your GPS+ account with your current username and password.
Step 2: Tap on the assets selection menu ( ). Click on the Change Password option located in this menu.
Step 3: Enter in the current (old) password for your GPS account, then enter a new password into the New Password field. When complete, enter in the password again into the Confirm Password field to confirm your new password and press Update.
The password for your GPS account has now been updated via the GPS portal.
If you have forgotten your password for your account on either the app or GPS portal, click on the Forgot Your Password? option located on the login menu of each application.
