The Amcrest Link app offers several different cloud storage plan options. To upgrade your cloud plan, the device must be manually removed from your current cloud plan before applying it to a different plan. Step 1: Open the Amcrest Link and and tap the Cloud option located on the home page.
Step 2: Tap Renew now.
Step 3: Tap Go to Setting, this will automatically direct you to the My Cloud Services page. Select your cloud plan and locate your device. Swipe left on the device and remove it from the cloud plan. Click OK to remove it.
Step 4: Return to the home page and tap the cloud option to be taken to the cloud storage purchase page.
