How To Set Night Vision Settings For Your Device Using The Amcrest Link App (AL-P402W)

The night vision settings on your device can be modified in the video settings menu in the Amcrest Link app. This camera has built-in IR LEDs as well as onboard white light LEDs to allow the camera to see in full color night vision. The IR LEDs will be on by default and automatically turn on once the ambient light in the area has reached its threshold, however, night modes can be adjusted using the Amcrest Link app.

Step 1: Access the Video Settings menu for your device. To access this menu, locate your device on the home menu and tap Settings. 

Step 2: Tap Video Settings.

Step 3: Tap Night Vision. 

Step 4: IR night vision will be enabled by default, however, to switch to full color night vision, select Color Night Vision to enable the night vision mode.
