How To View and Modify Devices On An Active Amcrest Link Cloud Account

The My Cloud Services option allows you to view and modify devices on an active cloud service. Devices on your account can also be moved to a cloud plan if needed, however, only 1 device can be associated with an Amcrest Link cloud plan. Step 1: Open the Amcrest Link app and tap Account

Step 2: Tap My Cloud Services.

Step 3: Select the cloud storage plan you would like to add the device to, please note, only in service cloud plans that have no devices added to them can be used in this process. Tap the cloud plan.

Step 4: Tap Add New Device

Note: If there is a device on this cloud plan, you can swipe left and click delete to remove it. 

Step 5: Select the device and tap OK

Step 6: The device will be added to the cloud plan, tap the back arrow to exit. Swipe down to refresh the app and verify the device has been applied to the in service cloud plan.
