How To Download and Playback Events Using the Web UI

This guide will assist you on how to download and playback general and motion detection events stored on your device. General and motion events can be accessed via a microSD card which must be inserted inside your camera before use. For more information on how to download and playback events via the web user interface (web UI) please refer to the information provided below.

Step 1: Log into the web UI. For more information on how to access the web UI for your device, click here.

Step 2: Set a path in which your recordings will download to your computer. Click on Setup>>Video>>Path. In the Path menu, click on Browse in the Playback Download section and select a download path for your recordings. Click Save when done.

Step 2: After a download path is set click on Playback.

Step 3: If events are available they will be displayed by specific days in the calendar menu. Select which day you would like to view and click File List, to generate a list of all recordings for that day. 

Step 4: Select your recording from the file list and click on the download icon (  ) to download your recording. The recording will begin to download the to download path previously set.

Note: General (continuous recordings) will be displayed as green icons and motion detection will be labeled as yellow. 

Step 5: Locate the recording stored on your computer and double click the file to playback the recording.
