AI Tracking is a built-in feature that allows your camera to automatically track a human once they have been detected by the camera. For more information on how to enable AI tracking, please refer to the information provided below.
Step 1: Open the app and access the device settings for your camera. Tap Detection Settings.
Step 2: Open the Motion/Human Detection menu and make sure to disable the Motion Detection option and that only Human Detection is enabled. This will ensure the device only detects human events in the detection area.
Step 3: Enable the AI Tracking option, once a human is detected, the camera will begin tracking the object until it is out of frame of the detection area.
