How To Add An Amcrest Smart Home Device Into Amcrest View Pro 2

The device search method can be used to add an already connected camera to the app using P2P. Please note, the camera must be connected and setup to your network first using the Amcrest Smart Home app before it can be added to view pro. Before connecting the device please make sure the camera is online and ready to be connected to the app. Make sure your camera and mobile device are connected to the same network during setup.

Also, the username and password for the device will also be needed to add it into the app. Please note, the default password will be admin. For more information, please refer to the information provided below. 

Step 1: Tap Add Device and select Search Device

Step 2: Select the device you wish to add from the device list and select P2P from the Add Mode menu. Give the device a name and enter the device's password into the Password field. Tap Save to add the device into the app.
