How To Perform a Factory Reset (AL-L411W)

Performing a factory reset on your camera will reset the device back to its original default settings. Removing the device from your Amcrest Link account will automatically allow the camera to factory reset however it can also be manually reset as well. Please make sure the camera is powered on while performing a factory reset. For more information on how to factory reset your device, please refer to the information provided below:

Step 1: Raise the camera upward, open the rubber cover and locate the factory reset button. 

Step 2: Press and hold the factory reset button for 5 - 15 seconds allowing the camera to reset. Once the reset is complete, the status LED on the camera will flash blue indicating it is ready to add back into the app.
