The IP Settings option allows the user to switch between a dynamic (DHCP) or static IP. Please note, It is highly recommended to change the device's IP setting from dynamic to static, this way if your device resets due to a power failure or for other reasons, the device's IP will remain the same.
Step 1: Open the Helix Pro app and select your device. Tap the settings icon (gear wheel) and select Configuration Center.
Step 2: Select Network and tap IP Settings.
Step 3: Tap Mode and choose between a dynamic IP or a static IP for your device. Tap Apply.
