Helix Pro Favorites Menu

The Favorites menu allows users to save specific devices for quick access, enabling them to start a live view of their most important feeds with a single tap. For more information on how to add favorites to the Helix Pro app please refer to the information provided below. 

Step 1: By default, the app will provide a folder “My Favorites” which you can begin adding your favorite devices, however, if you would like to add multiple folders, tap the “+” icon. 

Step 2: Enter a name for the new favorites folder and tap Save. 

Step 3: To add devices to a favorite folder, swipe left on the folder and tap Edit. 

Step 4: This will display a list of all devices connected to the Helix Pro app. Select a device you would like to favorite and tap Apply. The device will then be added to that folder. To view all devices in that folder, tap the folder. 

To delete a favorite folder, swipe left and tap Delete.
