How To Modify a Time Stamp Overlay.

If you would like to add or remove the time stamp overlay from the live view screen you will need to access the web user interface on a laptop or computer. For more information on how to access the web user interface for your device, click here.

Step 1: Log into your device via the web user interface on a laptop or computer. 

Step 2: In the web user interface (web UI) navigate to Setup>>Camera>> Video>>Overlay>>Time.

Step 3: In this menu you will notice time stamp overlay options. To enable the time stamp overlay on your live view screen, click the Enable button. To disable and remove this option from the live view screen click on Disable. 

Note: If you would like to display the day of the week in your time stamp, click on the Display Day of the Week checkbox to enable. 

Step 4: To position the time stamp on your live view screen, you can click and hold on the yellow highlighted area and use the mouse to move the overlay to the position you would like to place the overlay. 

Step 5: To save and apply these settings to your device, click on the Save button.
