How To Adjust Profile Settings

Profile settings can be adjusted using the Amcrest GPS web portal or the Amcrest GPS Pro app. Please note, all information on this form can be updated except for the email address. If an email address will need to be updated on the subscription, please contact Amcrest directly to make the proper changes on the account. 

Using the Web Portal (https://amcrestgps.net/)

Step 1: Visit https://amcrestgps.net and log into your GPS account. 

Step 2: Click on the main menu icon (  ). 

Step 3: Click on the My Profile option.

Step 4: Use the form to update any necessary profile information. Click Save to save and apply the updated settings. 

Using the Amcrest GPS Pro App

The Amcrest GPS Pro app is available for iOS and Android devices. Please visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download the app.  

Step 1: Log into your GPS account.

Step 2: Tap on the main menu icon (  )

Step 3: Tap on My Profile.

Step 4: Enter the appropriate information into the form if necessary. Please note, the email address for your profile cannot be updated. Tap Save to update profile settings.
