Not working?

If you received an error message, this could indicate a different RTSP port number is being used. To resolve this, please return to the Open Network Stream tab to ensure a proper RTSP port number is being used.

The default port number for RTSP is 554. If you have set a different RTSP port number for your device, then you will have to specify it in the link. For port numbers other than 554, type in rtsp://<ipaddress>:<portnumber> then click the Play button.

Type in the username and password again for your device and click OK. The live stream for your device will be displayed.

Please note, if you are trying to access your device remotely you will need to port forward the RTSP port. For instance, if your RTSP port number is default 554, you will need to port forward 554. For more information about port forwarding, click here.
