How To Perform A Factory Reset (IP4M-1068EW-AI)

Performing a factory reset on your camera will revert the camera back to its original factory default settings. To perform a physical factory reset, make sure the device is powered on and follow the instructions provided below. 

Step 1: Use the included torx wrench to remove the dome casing. Locate the hatch on the camera and remove the cover. 

Step 2: Locate the reset button. Press and hold the reset button for 30-45 seconds and allow the camera to reset.

Step 3: Once the reset is complete place the hatch back onto the camera and secure the dome. The camera has now been factory reset and reverted to its original factory settings. This includes usernames, passwords, and other settings. The default username and password will always be admin.
