Connection Issues For Android 8.1 and Above Users?
For a more efficient connection experience with your device, it is highly recommended for users using Android devices 8.1 and up to set their phones into Airplane mode when connecting to their device's hotspot networks. This will effectively allow your device to locate the WiFi hotspot for your more efficiently and avoid any connection issues that may occur.

How To Set Your Phone Into Airplane Mode.
Method 1: Using the Notification Panel.
Step 1: To access the navigation panel on your phone, swipe down from the top of your screen.
Step 2: Swipe down again if you don't see the "Airplane mode" button. On some devices, the "Airplane mode" button will appear immediately in the notification panel. On other devices, you may need to swipe down again to display additional options.
Step 3: Tap on the Airplane mode option to enable Airplane mode on your device.
Method 2: Using the Settings Menu:
Step 1: Open the Settings menu on your device. You can find the Settings menu on your Home screen or in your App Drawer. Some devices allow you to also access the Settings menu from a shortcut in the notification panel.
Step 2: Tap "More" or "More networks". You can find this underneath the first few options in the Settings menu.
Note: This may not be required. Some phones will display the "Airplane Mode" or "Flight Mode" option in the main Settings menu.
Step 3: Toggle the Airplane mode or Flight Mode toggle switch to the On position to enable Airplane mode.
Step 4: Ensure that Airplane Mode is enabled. The Airplane Mode icon will replace your cellular signal bars. This indicates that Airplane Mode has been enabled.
Method 3: Using the Power Menu.
Step 1: Press and hold the Power button. After a moment, the Power Options menu should appear.
Step 2: Select "Airplane Mode" or "Flight Mode". Some devices will just display a silhouette of an airplane instead of actually writing "Airplane Mode".
Step 3: Verify that Airplane Mode is enabled. You can tell when Airplane Mode is turned on by looking for the Airplane Mode icon in your notification bar. It will replace your cellular signal bars, indicating that your cell service is turned off.
