How To Playback And Download A Recording On An Amcrest Camera

The recordings on your camera can be viewed in both the Amcrest mobile app, such as Amcrest View Pro and Amcrest View Pro 2 as well as the web user interface (web UI) using a web browser. For more information on how to playback and download a recording using the app, click here.

Step 1: Log in to the web user interface (web UI) for your camera. For more information on how to access the web UI for your camera click here.

Step 2: Click on Playback. 

Note: Make sure the date and time of the device match the date and time of the date and time range of the searched recordings. 

Step 3: Use the calendar options to select a date and time range for the recordings. Use the File List option to view all recordings available for the date and time searched. 

Note: Use the record type options to filter between different recording types found in the list.  

Step 4: Select a recording from the file list to view the recording, then use the timeline features to control the playback. To download the recording, click the download icon (  ) next to the file you wish to download. A .mp4 file will be downloaded to your device.
