If you are having trouble getting the playback to work on your 960H system, you can try one of the following options:
1. Use Mozilla Firefox(download link), and Run as Administrator. Once you log in, you can try playback again and it should work perfectly.
2. Alternatively, you can use the 960H Smart Client:
