How To Use A General or Schedule Intelligence Mode (IP8M-FCB2996EW-AI)

A smart plan acts as a master switch for the AI features associated with your camera. AI features can either apply to a general or schedule mode. A general mode will allow the camera to use the AI features selected on a 24/7 basis however, a schedule mode will allow the camera to only use the features as specified times of the date.

Schedule Mode

To begin setting a schedule for a smart plan, click Schedule Mode, then click Next to continue. Select Add to add a plan that will apply to the schedule into the interface, click the On option to enable the plan. Only enable 1 smart plan. Click Next to continue.

Select a Smart Plan, please note, heat map and people counting can be enabled at the same time using one smart plan, however, other rules such as IVS, or smart object detection cannot be enabled simultaneously. Configure the AI feature as needed, make sure to save and apply the feature before setting a schedule.

After the smart plan and AI feature is configured, click on the intelligence schedule option. Click Enable, then use your mouse to set the dates and times of the schedule. Click the Settings option next to the date and select the plan from the Smart Plan menu. Click Apply.

If you would like the schedule to apply to multiple days, click the Copy option and apply the times to a specified date. Click Apply.
