A SIM card is a small card that is inserted into the GPS tracker which allows the device to connect to the Spectrum Mobile network. Every SIM card has an ICCID number, which stands for Integrated Circuit Card Identifier and consists of 19 to 20 characters. Please note, the ICCID is also referred to as a SIM card number. This information can be located on the box along with the device's unique IMEI number.
If you do not have direct access to the box, you can remove the SIM card from the device and verify the ICCID number on the card. To remove the SIM card, open the rubber plug on the side of the device and press in on the SIM card to loosen it from the slot, then remove it from the device.
