How To Perform a Factory Reset (IP8M-MB2546E)

Performing a factory reset on your camera will return the camera back to its original factory default settings. The default username and password for your camera is admin. For more information on how to factory reset your camera please refer to the information provided below. 

Note: The camera must be powered on to perform a factory reset.

Step 1: Using the included torx wrench, open the security latch on the bottom of the camera to access the reset button. 

Step 2: Locate the reset (RST) button. Using a pen or similar object, press and hold the reset button for 15 - 20 seconds and release allowing the camera to reset. 

Step 3: Use the included torx wrench to attach the security latch back onto the camera.
