How To Download Recordings From the Amcrest Link Cloud

Amcrest Link cloud stores both motion and human detection events captured by your device. Cloud recordings can be downloaded directly to your mobile device using the Amcrest Link app. For more information on how to download Amcrest Link cloud recordings please refer to the information provided below. 

Step 1: Open the Amcrest Link app, locate your device on the home page and tap Playback. 

Step 2: Select the cloud icon in the playback menu to display the available recordings in the timeline. 

Note: Tap the "Today" option and use the calendar to select different days if needed. 

Step 3: Use the provided timeline to scroll through events of the day, select which event you would like to download and tap the download button. 

Step 4: Use the provided option to clip the start and end of the recording if needed then click OK to allow the event to download to your mobile device.
