Note for iPhone users:

Always double-check to make sure you don't accidentally or unintentionally capitalize the first letter of your network password when entering it into the Amcrest Connect app's configuration page for your home Wi-Fi network. It may be easy to miss due to the characters being hidden on your display while typing out your password.
To turn this feature off, on your iPhone, go to: Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Enable Caps Lock -> *Turn OFF*
