How to Perform a Factory Reset (IP5M-W1150EW-AI)

Performing a factory reset on your camera will revert the camera back to its original factory default settings. To perform a physical factory reset, make sure the device is powered on and follow the instructions provided below. 

Step 1: Locate the 2 screws on the top of the camera. Use the included torx wrench to loosen the screws and remove the dome covering. 

Step 2: Locate the factory reset button on the side of the camera. 

Step 3: Press and hold the factory reset button on the camera for 10 - 20 seconds and release. Please note, you can use the torx wrench or similar device to press in on the button if needed. Allow the camera enough time to reboot before attempting to access. The camera will revert to factory settings. The default username and password for the camera will be admin.
