Amcrest Cloud allows you to connect your Amcrest IP camera to a cloud-based service. This allows you to store recorded events from your Amcrest camera in a secure location and access them without the need for an SD card. Please note, Amcrest Cloud service is applicable to Amcrest IP cameras only. Amcrest NVRs and DVRs cannot be added to the cloud. Additionally, other products such as Amcrest Smart Home cannot be added to the Amcrest Cloud as Amcrest Smart Home provides a separate cloud service for its products. Why Can't Amcrest DVRs and NVRs Be Added to the Amcrest Cloud?
Amcrest DVRs & NVRs store recordings locally using a hard drive and are not designed to be compatible with the Amcrest Cloud. If you need to access recordings from the device it is recommended to use the Amcrest View Pro app on your mobile device or using the web user interface (web UI) from a web browser on your computer.
Why Can't Amcrest Smart Home Devices Be Added to the Amcrest Cloud?
