Having Troubles Connecting Your Camera To The Amcrest Link App?

The Amcrest Link app uses Bluetooth to connect your cameras to the app. If you are experiencing issues initially connecting your camera, please make sure all privacy settings in the app are permitted on the app side to complete camera set up. For more information on how to verify and enable these options, please refer to the information provided below. 

Step 1: Open the app, log into your Amcrest Link account, and click Account

Step 2: Tap App Settings.

Step 3: Tap Privacy Settings.

Step 4: Make sure both the Bluetooth and Geographic Location settings are "On" in the app and all permissions are enabled.
